- 此外，採購團隊每年親赴各大國際知名海鮮展如比利時海鮮展，東京食品展，藉由海鮮展觀摩，可認識來自世界各地的供應商，持續開發合適爭鮮的國際新品。
- Toplus’ purchasing network extends throughout the world as Toplus works and has long-term contracts with well known producers in America, Europe, Australia, and Asia to ensure consistent quality, reasonable prices, and steady supplies. Toplus supplies more than 100 items from such renowned producers as Norway’s Marine Harvest and Leroy, Canada’s Clearwater, Japan’s Maruha , Azuma, and C.P. of Thailand, to not only our own restaurants but also food service customers.
- In addition, members of the procurement team attend major seafood exhibitions around the world every year, including ESE & SPE in Belgium, and Seafood Expo in Japan, to learn and meet suppliers from all over the world to develop newest products for us.
